The Research Assistant will support faculty-led projects by conducting literature reviews, collecting and organizing data, and assisting in the preparation of research proposals and reports. Typical responsibilities include performing laboratory or field-based tasks as required, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring data quality and integrity. The role also involves collaborating with researchers and students, contributing to presentations or publications, and complying with institutional and ethical research standards.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis abilities.Candidates should possess solid Research capabilities, including literature review and study design support.Candidates should possess practical Laboratory Skills relevant to the discipline and safe lab practices.Candidates should possess clear Communication skills for working with faculty, students, and partners.Relevant bachelor’s degree (or progress toward one) in a scientific, social science, or related field.Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Familiarity with basic statistical tools or software (e.g., Excel, SPSS, R) is an advantage.Commitment to ethical research conduct and willingness to learn new methods and technologies.
