Regent Training Centre delivers courses worldwide in locations such as London, Dubai, Barcelona, Paris, Istanbul, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, and Amsterdam, supporting global career development and professional growth.Role Description The Research Assistant will support the development, evaluation, and enhancement of training programmes through systematic data collection, analysis, and reporting. Day-to-day tasks include conducting literature and market research, organizing and maintaining research databases, and assisting in the design of surveys and assessment tools. The role involves compiling findings into clear reports and presentations for trainers, management, and other stakeholders, as well as contributing to curriculum improvement and quality assurance activities. The Research Assistant will collaborate with academic and operational teams to ensure research outcomes are effectively integrated into programme design and delivery. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Research and Analytical Skills to design studies, interpret findings, and provide evidence-based recommendations.Candidates should possess solid Data Analysis and Laboratory Skills (where applicable to specific projects) to handle quantitative and qualitative datasets accurately.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present research results clearly in written reports, visual summaries, and oral briefings.Relevant academic background (e.g., degree in education, social sciences, business, or a related field) and familiarity with research methodologies and tools are beneficial.Additional qualifications such as proficiency with statistical software, strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment are advantageous.
