Many of our senior assistants have moved into research coordinator, lab manager, or research scientist roles, or into graduate and medical programs.What you bringMust haveBachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Biology, Psychology, Public Health, Neuroscience, Chemistry, Sociology, Statistics, or similar), or equivalent experience. We hire for curiosity and care, not just a transcript.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accurate, ethical data handlingComfort with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, especially ExcelClear written and verbal communicationAbility to work independently and as part of a teamResearch experience through coursework, a thesis, a lab, or a volunteer project countsNice to have (not required)Experience with statistical software (R, SPSS, SAS, Stata, Python)Familiarity with REDCap, Qualtrics, or lab information systemsCITI, GCP, or HIPAA training (we’ll provide it if you don’t have it)Laboratory skills relevant to the project (cell culture, PCR, microscopy, chromatography)Experience with human subjects research, IRB processes, or clinical trialsCo-authorship, poster presentations, or published workBilingual skills, especially for participant recruitmentInterest in graduate school, medical school, or a research career
