Each position will contribute to one of the following research projects:Reliability Analysis for Semiconductor Manufacturing ProcessesThis project focuses on reliability modeling, failure analysis, and uncertainty quantification for semiconductor manufacturing processes and materials.Applicants should have:A background in reliability theoryRelevant experience in semiconductor manufacturing processes or materialsKnowledge or experience in machine learning is preferredDevelopment of a Digital Twin Framework for Offshore Wind Turbine SystemsThis project focuses on structural analysis, reliability assessment, and the development of digital twin and monitoring frameworks for offshore wind turbine systems.Applicants should have:A background in reliability theoryRelevant experience in structural mechanicsKnowledge or experience in machine learning is preferredOpen positions:Research AssistantPh.D. StudentPostdoctoral ResearcherSalary: Compensation will follow the applicable NSTC and National Taiwan University standards and will be determined based on the applicant’s qualifications, research experience, and responsibilities.Master’s students and undergraduate students interested in conducting research projects in these areas are also welcome to join the lab.Interested applicants should send their CV to dpliu@ntu.edu.tw.
