Research Assistant (UAE National)

We're hiring a Research Assistant to join the Research and Graduate Studies department of a leading academic medical institution in Dubai.This role sits at the center of clinical research. You'll work directly with patients, principal investigators, and research teams to keep studies running smoothly and in full compliance with regulatory standards.What you'll do:Screen and recruit study participants against inclusion/exclusion criteriaObtain informed consent and explain study procedures to participantsEnter and maintain accurate data in electronic data capture systemsCoordinate study visits and follow-ups with participants and clinical staffSupport IRB submissions, amendments, and regulatory documentationHelp prepare for audits and inspectionsWhat you need:Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Nursing, Biology, Psychology, or related fieldMinimum 1 year of experience in a clinical research setting (or related field)Experience with patient interaction: screening, recruiting, or supporting study participantsFamiliarity with research ethics and regulatory requirementsA Master's in Public Health, Clinical Research, or a related field is a plus.This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to build a career in clinical research within a leading academic institution in Dubai.
