The candidate will work with other scientists in the team to run a wide range of cell-based assays to evaluate hits from our screens and drive lead optimization. In this role, you will design and execute experiments, analyze and present data, and contribute to cross-functional scientific discussions. You will play a direct role in developing analytical workflows to ensure the quality and functionality of biotherapeutics, supporting programs from early discovery through process development. This position is ideal for a bench scientist who embraces process discipline, thrives in a collaborative biotech environment, and is eager to expand their skillset in a fast-paced, startup-minded team. Key Responsibilities·      Culture cell lines and expand primary cells to support cell assay team workflows·      Support antibody/peptide discovery, engineering, and characterization activities by executing cell-based assays, multi-color flow cytometry, and plate-based developability assays·      Execute, optimize, and troubleshoot high-throughput experimental workflows, including liquid handling systems·      Analyze, interpret, document, and communicate experimental results to project teams in a clear and timely manner·      Contribute to data analysis, documentation, and scientific discussions across teams·      Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, and excellent organizational, communication and presentation skills·      Present experimental results at internal team meetings·      Periodic travel to Chengdu, China may be required Qualifications·      Bachelor of Science (BS) or Master of Science (MS) with 2+ years of experience in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, Biotechnology, or related life science field·      Strong hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture, transient/stable cell line generation, and cell-based screening assays, including binding, competition assays and related screening technologies·      Demonstrated experience with multi-color flow cytometry and flow cytometry data analysis software (e.g., FlowJo, or equivalent)·      Experience with scientific data analysis and visualization platforms such as SnapGene, GraphPad Prism, or similar tools·      Familiarity with protein biophysics and design, including ELISA, BLI, DSF, or similar methods·      Excellent collaboration, documentation, and communication skills·      Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environmentCompensation & Benefits:·      Annual Salary: USD $50,000–$80,000 per year (final compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and internal leveling)·      Annual Performance Bonus for Full-Time Employees·      Fully covered employee medical, dental, and vision insurance plans·      Paid Time Off (PTO) and Paid Sick Leave (PSL)·      401(k) retirement plan·      On-site lunch·      Kitchen and café with complimentary snacks and beverages·      Gym access·      Team-building activities, etc.NRT MedTech is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
