This candidate should also have hands on experience in MS office and AI assistants.About the RoleResponsibilitiesConduct in-depth market mapping and talent research across sectors and functionsIdentify and profile potential candidates through databases, LinkedIn, and other research toolsSupport the development of longlists and shortlists for active search mandatesMaintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM/databaseAssist in preparing candidate summaries, briefing documents, and client reportsCollaborate with consultants to understand client requirements and search strategyStay informed on industry trends, talent movements, and market intelligence QualificationsMBA or equivalent degree1 - 2 years of work experience Required SkillsProficient in Microsoft OfficeStrong work ethic and passion for research subjectStrong communication, analytical and critical thinking skillsStrong research, analytical, and organisational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication in English (Hindi proficiency an advantage)Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and CRM tools is a plusA curious, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesPrior experience in executive search, HR consulting, or related research roles is advantageous but not essential for the right candidate Preferred SkillsResearch and mapping, leadership hiring, head hunting Pay range and compensation package5-8 LPAEqual Opportunity StatementWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity.
