In this role, you'll own the expert journey end-to-end, from first outreach through vetting, onboarding, and client introduction, working closely with clients, external experts, and internal stakeholders. This is a unique opportunity to combine scientific training with relationship management, strategic communication, and client engagement.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, remote (US-based) role as a Research Associate. The Research Associate will be responsible for supporting client initiatives by identifying, engaging, vetting, and onboarding external research partners, keeping project pipelines current, and contributing to high-quality written outputs with support from senior team members.What You'll DoRun expert outreach end-to-end: prepare project briefs, write and send outreach emails and LinkedIn messages, and conduct phone outreach with professionalism and care.Conduct expert vetting calls and manage the vetting pipeline, including scheduling, prep, and follow-up, ensuring the highest level of expertise and alignment with client needs.Manage expert onboarding, including profile creation and contracts.Provide context on vetted experts and add them to client review, helping clients make informed decisions about who to engage.Keep project trackers current across pipeline stages, outreach status, and project boards.Contribute to research-driven reports and client-facing write-ups, with support and mentorship from senior team members.Demo the NotedSource platform to experts and clients, representing the company as a knowledgeable, trusted point of contact.Who You AreMust-haves:You have recently completed (or are about to complete) a Master's degree in the life sciences, physical sciences, or a related technical field.You are a confident, comfortable speaker.
