Job Title: Research Associate – Lentiviral Vector

Location: Philadelphia, PA - OnsiteSeeking an early-career Research Associate with 1+ year of relevant experience to support lentiviral vector characterization, analytical testing, and method development.Core Skills: Lentiviral Vector Characterization, Analytical Development, Cell-Based Assays, Molecular & Biochemical AssaysQualification: BS in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related field.

Key Responsibilities

Perform release, characterization & stability testing of lentiviral products.Work with Western Blot, ELISA/AlphaLISA, qPCR/ddPCR, flow cytometry, particle analysis, and cell-based viral titration.Develop and optimize analytical methods.Analyze and present scientific data and contribute to technical reports.

Requirements
