Key Responsibilities

Expert Identification & Recruitment: Source, evaluate, and engage top-tier industry experts aligned with complex client needs.Expert Evaluation: Perform rigorous screening to ensure subject relevancy and fit for project objectives.Mentorship & Training: Guide junior analysts and lead onboarding for new team members.Leadership Support: Assist the Team Lead in meeting targets, managing processes, and maintaining workflow efficiency.Client Needs Assessment: Analyze detailed client briefs to deliver customized research solutions.Relationship Management: Build strong expert relationships, negotiate participation terms, and ensure smooth onboarding.Quality Assurance: Review and validate expert profiles for accuracy and compliance.Network Expansion: Drive outreach to grow and strengthen our expert network.Project Oversight: Coordinate scheduling, ensure timely deliverables, and maintain client satisfaction.Market & Competitor Research: Generate strategic insights through in-depth industry analysis.Database Management: Optimize and maintain expert and research databases.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support special projects, process improvements, and knowledge-sharing.Industry Vigilance: Stay informed about the latest market research trends and methodologies.What You’ll Bring:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Statistics, or a related field.Strong command of English, both written and verbal.Skilled in MS Office, Google Suite, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and research tools.Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and data interpretation abilities.Proactive mindset with strong multitasking and time management skills.Ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and manage expert relationships professionally.
