Research Associate - Formulation Development

Conduct pre-formulation studies, API characterization, and excipient compatibility studies.Perform literature search, patent review, and Reference Listed Drug (RLD) evaluation.Develop and optimize formulations for immediate-release and modified-release products.Execute development, scale-up, exhibit, registration, and validation batches.Troubleshoot formulation and process-related issues during development and manufacturing.Support technology transfer activities and commercial manufacturing.Evaluate product performance through dissolution, disintegration, hardness, friability, assay, and stability studies.Prepare and review development documents, protocols, reports, specifications, and technology transfer packages.Collaborate with Analytical, Production, Regulatory Affairs, QA, and Supply Chain teams.An individual would be working for Domestic/ ROW market only.
