We are seeking a highly motivated Research Associate or Scientist to join our Biology team and contribute to the advancement of our therapeutic programs.RESPONSIBILITIESDesign and execute in vitro cellular and molecular biology experiments to support drug discovery and preclinical developmentPerform and analyze assays including cell viability, clonogenic survival, Western blotting, flow cytometry, and mechanistic studiesMaintain and characterize cancer cell lines and support translational biology effortsAnalyze, interpret, and present experimental data in team meetings and scientific discussionsMaintain accurate experimental records and contribute to study reports and presentationsQUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Biology, Cancer Biology, Molecular Biology, Pharmacology, or a related field2–3 years of relevant industry experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical research preferredHands-on experience with mammalian cell culture and common molecular and cellular biology techniquesStrong experimental design, troubleshooting, and data analysis skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentExcellent communication and organizational skillsPREFERRED EXPERIENCEOncology drug discovery or translational researchExperience with clonogenic assays, DNA damage response assays, or mechanistic pharmacologyFamiliarity with KRAS biology, targeted therapies, or combination therapies is a plusWORK AUTHORIZATIONCandidates must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
