This is an opportunity to work on retained, board-level search assignments that help shape the leadership of universities and other mission-driven organisations.About the RoleThis role would suit someone who enjoys in-depth research, engaging with senior stakeholders and delivering high-quality search work, while wanting to build a long-term career within executive search.ResponsibilitiesConducting detailed market mapping and executive researchIdentifying and engaging senior leadership talentProducing high-quality candidate reports and market intelligenceSupporting retained search projects from launch through to completionWorking closely with Partners throughout the full search processBuilding long-term relationships with senior academics and executive leadersContributing to one of the firm’s most respected specialist practicesQualificationsPrevious experience as a Research Associate, Senior Research Associate or Executive Search ResearcherRequired SkillsStrong research and market mapping capabilityExcellent written communication and report writing skillsConfidence engaging with senior-level executivesCuriosity, intellectual rigour and attention to detailA genuine interest in working within a purpose-driven sector where appointments have lasting impactPreferred SkillsExperience within executive search or recruitment research and enjoy delivering thoughtful, high-quality work.Pay range and compensation packageSalary: £36,500 + bonusEqual Opportunity StatementJoin a genuinely purpose-driven organisation where your work contributes to improving leadership across education and research institutions.
