Are you tired of the boring repetitive box checking exercise given to most Clinical Research Coordinators? This position is available beginning Q3 2026 and requires a minimum of 10 months. Our current staff expansion is to support an upcoming Steven & Alexandra Cohen Foundation Funded study (Our Transitions: Improving the path to menopause with personal digital health technologies (P-DHTs)). This study is a feasibility study of female individuals (35-55 years) to capture novel information beginning with the earliest part of the path to menopause using P-DHTs. The study’s aim is to fill the considerable knowledge gap about the experience of perimenopause using objective and subjective data from a mobile app and wearable devices and to explore what makes individual women feel better or worse during this transition.We are recruiting for full-time Clinical Research Coordinators - (Participant Engagement Specialists) to support the Our Transitions Study. This is a remote position working within the 4YouandMe distributed research team. We have received grants from major funders such as the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, the Gates Foundation, ARPA-H, and other private foundations to fund P-DHT studies in populations of pregnant individuals, frontline healthcare workers, students with mental health conditions, patients with Crohn’s disease, cancer, diabetes, bipolar disorder, cardiovascular disease, Long Covid and a number of rare conditions.What you will be doing:Building and maintaining relationships to support study participation and engagement through bi-weekly phone check-insOrganizing and maintaining participant contact logs and study dataTroubleshooting issues with mobile apps and wearable devicesHelping to modify study and app features before and during active studiesJoining a team of experienced engagements experts We’d love to hear from you if you have the following:Effective and efficient communication skills for diverse audiencesA year or more of relevant experience working directly with patients/study participants or communicating with study participants through phone or other meansActive and empathetic listener whose life experiences further enhance ability to relate to participants going through their perimenopausal journeysDetail-oriented with computer skillsA sense of urgency to support the increasingly failing healthcare communityFlexibility to reach participants at times most convenient for themExperience with mobile apps and/or wearable devices preferredExperience with REDCap preferredTraining in human subjects protections, research ethics, and compliance preferred4YouandMe embraces diversity and equity.
