Research Development Design Engineer

We are looking for a hands‑on R&D Engineer to develop and industrialize connectivity solutions such as connectors, cable assemblies, and customer‑specific interconnect components. You will work across the full development cycle from material selection and prototyping to process development, testing programs, and production validation, ensuring every design can be reliably manufactured and used in real applications.In this role, you collaborate closely with R&D, production engineering, suppliers, and external institutes. You coordinate technical activities, align stakeholders, and maintain oversight of the complete trajectory: trial runs, heat‑treatment steps, mechanical and environmental testing, quality verification, and final production readiness.
