This role combines hands-on research expertise with team leadership and strategic oversight, managing a local team of 3 analysts. The Research Director will focus primarily on China Semiconductor Landscape research while maintaining responsibility for the entire China Semiconductor practice, including Semiconductor Manufacturing and Semiconductor Components (MCU, power semiconductors and sensors). The position reports directly to the Senior Director, Semiconductor Research and requires a balance of product delivery, strategic planning, and team management.The Research Director will work alongside functional teams located across multiple locations in Europe, APAC and North America. This role requires building and maintaining extensive industry networks, establishing thought leadership, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality market intelligence to our local and global client base. The Research Director will also be required to undertake domestic and international travel for research and business development purposes.Research Leadership & Strategy China Semiconductor Practice Oversight: Ensure comprehensive coverage across all areas of the China Semiconductor research agenda.
