Real impact.You'll have the opportunity to influence technical direction from an early stage while being rewarded with an excellent salary and meaningful equity.What we're looking forA strong background in software engineering, computer science, robotics, AI, mathematics, physics or a related technical discipline.Experience programming in Python, Rust, Java, Kotlin, C++ or similar.A passion for solving challenging technical problems and applying research to real-world systems.Someone who enjoys collaborating across research and engineering teams.How we workWe're building a collaborative, in-person engineering culture, so we're looking for people who enjoy working closely with their teammates. You'll be happy spending time in the office and travelling locally to customer sites when needed.EligibilityDue to the nature of our work, you'll need to be eligible for UK Security Clearance, which generally means you've lived in the UK continuously for the last five years.
