Research Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic Research Associate / Analytical Chemist with 1–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical analysis and good hands-on knowledge of HPLC.The candidate will be involved in pharmaceutical analytical R&D activities, method development, routine analysis, troubleshooting, and documentation.Key Responsibilities

• Perform HPLC analysis of pharmaceutical drug products, APIs and related samples.
• Handle HPLC independently, including system preparation, column installation, mobile-phase preparation and sample analysis.
• Assist in analytical method development, optimization and validation.
• Perform assay, related substances/impurity and dissolution sample analysis.
• Review chromatograms and identify issues related to peak shape, retention, resolution and system suitability.
• Perform basic HPLC troubleshooting and maintain instruments in good working condition.
• Prepare solutions, standards, reagents and mobile phases accurately.
• Maintain analytical records, raw data, worksheets and laboratory documentation.
• Follow laboratory SOPs, good documentation practices and safety procedures.
• Support ongoing pharmaceutical R&D and analytical troubleshooting projects.Candidate RequirementsEducation: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc. Chemistry or relevant qualificationExperience: 1–2 years in pharmaceutical analytical laboratory, QC or Analytical R&D.

Required Skills

Hands-on HPLC experience is essential. Candidate should have a good understanding of chromatography, pharmaceutical analysis, sample preparation, mobile-phase preparation, system suitability and basic HPLC troubleshooting.Knowledge of GC, dissolution, analytical method validation or method development will be an added advantage.Who We Are Looking ForWe are looking for someone who is practical, technically curious and willing to learn, rather than someone limited only to routine sample analysis.
