Job DescriptionAs a Research Executive, you will support the delivery of market research projects across Australia and New Zealand. Working closely with Senior Research Executives and managers, you will help design surveys, manage project execution, analyze data, and translate findings into meaningful insights for clients.This role is ideal for someone with approximately 1 year of experience in market research who is eager to develop strong analytical, storytelling, and client management skills.Support the execution of quantitative research projects from project setup through final reportingAssist in questionnaire design and survey programming preparation for Brand Health, Usage & Attitude (U&A), Customer Experience, and other ad hoc research studiesConduct data checking, cleaning, and basic analysis to ensure data quality and accuracyDevelop tables, charts, and presentation materials that communicate key findings clearlyTranslate research results into actionable insights and recommendations with guidance from senior team membersCoordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on timeSupport report writing and presentation development for client deliverablesStay informed on market research methodologies and contribute to team knowledge-sharing initiativesQualificationsApproximately 1 year of experience in market research, consumer insights, analytics, or a related fieldUnderstanding of quantitative research methodologies and survey-based researchExperience or exposure to questionnaire design, particularly for Brand Health and U&A studiesStrong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracyProficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and WordFamiliarity with SPSS, Q, Decipher, or other market research tools is an advantageStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a collaborative environmentCurious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced research settingInterest in consumer behavior and market trendsStrong storytelling mindset and ability to connect data with business implicationsComfortable working with diverse stakeholders across different marketsTeam-oriented with a positive and growth-focused attitudeAdditional InformationOur BenefitsFlexible working environmentVolunteer time offLinkedIn LearningEmployee-Assistance-Program (EAP)NIQ may utilize artificial intelligence (AI) tools at various stages of the recruitment process, including résumé screening, candidate assessments, interview scheduling, job matching, communication support, and certain administrative tasks that help streamline workflows.
