Join Kantar as a Research Executive and build your career in marketing research.Based in Bangkok, you’ll contribute to quantitative research projects from initial planning through to final delivery. You’ll work with supportive project teams to coordinate fieldwork, prepare data and charts, conduct analysis, and help develop clear reports and presentations. Your work will help ensure that every project meets agreed expectations for quality, timing and cost.This is an opportunity to develop practical experience across research solutions and methodologies. You’ll learn how thoughtful research design, well-structured analysis and clear communication can help clients make informed decisions. As your experience grows, you’ll take increasing ownership of defined project activities and workstreams.You’ll also have opportunities to use artificial intelligence-assisted tools and established delivery standards to work more effectively. You’ll identify potential delivery risks, raise issues early and respond constructively to feedback or changing requirements. Throughout each project, you’ll collaborate with colleagues across fieldwork, data processing, charting and reporting.We’re looking for someone who is curious, organised and comfortable managing competing priorities. You don’t need to know everything from day one. What You’ll Be DoingDeliver defined quantitative research workstreams, ensuring outputs meet agreed quality, timing and budget expectations.Coordinate day-to-day activities across fieldwork, data processing, charting, analysis and reporting.Analyse research data and help create clear narratives, presentations and recommendations aligned with client objectives.Identify risks or changes early, communicate them clearly and support reliable client delivery.Collaborate with project teams and contribute ideas that improve organisation, efficiency, reuse and automation. Ideal Skills & ExperienceAround one to two years of relevant quantitative research experience, or comparable experience that has developed similar skills.A degree or equivalent practical experience.
