As a talent acquisition partner, the firm supports both single-position and high-volume hiring, prepares compelling corporate business decks, and acts as an extended arm to help clients close sales effectively.Role Description The Research Intern role is a remote internship focused on supporting consulting, training, and talent acquisition initiatives through structured research and analysis. On a day-to-day basis, the intern will gather and synthesize information on market trends, industry best practices, client industries, and emerging topics such as Generative and Agentic AI. The intern will assist in preparing research reports, briefing notes, and input for training materials, corporate decks, and business proposals. Responsibilities may include data collection from primary and secondary sources, organizing findings in clear formats, preparing presentations, and collaborating with team members to refine insights. The intern will also support documentation, maintaining research databases, and contributing ideas to improve service offerings.Qualifications Strong research and analytical skills, including the ability to collect, evaluate, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data.Proficiency in using productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, online research tools) to organize and present information clearly.Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create concise summaries, reports, and slide content.Interest in management consulting, corporate trainings, talent acquisition, and business development, including topics such as AI, sales, and leadership.Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, management, economics, psychology, data science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).Prior internship or project experience in research, consulting support, training development, or HR/talent acquisition is an advantage.Demonstrated curiosity, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
