Through our research-driven approach, proprietary talent concepts, and strong understanding of market dynamics, we bridge the gap between organizational aspirations and individual potential.Job Role – Research LeadWhat you will do?Work closely with Recruiters and TA Leads to provide leadership search engagement support in the form of market mapping, industry research and insights.Gather Data on Target companies to be mapped according to the requirement and assign mapping tasks to the team.Map out individual markets and gather intelligence around specific talent pools, using that knowledge to identify top talentMake data driven sourcing decisions understand how to identify data / profiles on the web finding patterns and working on automationFind and engage with candidates using Social platforms, public domains, and alternative search techniquesFind contact details of both candidates and business prospects as per requirement.Monitor Team Performance and reporting to the higher authorities daily.Ensure accountability for quality and relevance of dataEngage with clients for requirement gathering and timely updatesGenerate Market/Talent ReportsWhat we are looking for?4+ years research experience and 2 years team leadership experienceProficient in primary and secondary research techniquesCreating and implementing sourcing/mapping strategiesAbility to maintain strong relationships with recruitment leads, hiring managers and candidatesHands on experience in of AI tools & Presentation skills, preferably PowerPointData driven individualReady to source and lead by exampleSelf-motivated with strong time-management and organizational skillsStrong English written and verbal skills
