You will lead a diverse portfolio of research projects, and work with a broad mix of clients, delivering bespoke research programmes that solve real commercial challenges.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing hands-on research delivery with client leadership, commercial responsibility and mentoring more junior researchers.What you'll be doing:Leading and designing multiple quantitative research projects from proposal through to deliveryManaging client relationships and acting as the main point of contact across a portfolio of accountsOverseeing fieldwork, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budgetTurning complex data into clear, commercially focused insights and presentationsSupporting business development through proposals and existing client growthCoaching and developing junior team members while helping shape team cultureWhat you'll need:Previous experience within a market research or insights agencyStrong quantitative research expertiseExperience managing multiple projects and competing prioritiesConfidence presenting insights and building long-term client relationshipsExperience writing proposalsIf you're looking for a role where no two projects are the same and where you'll have the freedom to deliver tailored research that makes a real commercial impact, we'd love to hear from you.🔸 Please apply for next steps.
