Its approach is firmly human-first, with a focus on uncovering deeper motivations, behaviours and values rather than simply reporting what people say.This is a strong opportunity for an experienced qualitative researcher who wants broader project ownership, direct client exposure and the chance to work in an ambitious, collaborative and creative environment.The roleYou’ll support and lead qualitative research projects across the full lifecycle, working closely with senior researchers and clients.Key responsibilities will include:Managing qualitative projects from initial brief through to final deliverySupporting research design and recruitmentModerating IDIs, focus groups and ethnographic researchLeading or contributing heavily to analysis and insight developmentTurning findings into clear, compelling and actionable client storiesProducing high-quality reports and presentationsManaging multiple projects and prioritiesBuilding strong client relationships and contributing confidently to meetingsWorking closely with senior team members on strategic and creative deliverablesSupporting and developing more junior researchersWhat we’re looking forAround 3-5 years’ qualitative market research experienceStrong grounding in core qualitative research methodsConfidence moderating interviews, groups and other qualitative methodologiesStrong analytical and storytelling abilityExcellent project management and organisational skillsStrong communication and presentation skillsConfidence working directly with clientsAgency or insight consultancy experience preferredCurious, creative and collaborative approachComfortable working across different sectors, audiences and culturesWhat’s on offerSalary: £50,000 - £55,000 + bonusOpportunity to work with major global brandsExposure to international research projectsStrong career development and progressionCollaborative, creative and inclusive cultureExcellent benefits packageSocials and wider team eventsFlexible London-based working
