Job Description

• Execution of the designed implementation strategies within timelines and budgets- Program monitoring and evaluation- Stakeholder engagement to foster collaboration and partnerships- Staff management as per the requirement of the project and organizational policies- Timely review of program data, conduct analysis to measure progress towards goals and prepare reports Skills and experience:- Candidates with prior experience of at least 3 years of working with the government health systems, familiar with government programs, knowledge and good understanding of national health programs - Exposure to health research in the domain of maternal and newborn health- Knowledge and expertise in statistics and quantitative data analysis using Stata/R/SAS/, Knowledge of qualitative data analysis software like ATLAS.ti or NVivo- Peer reviewed publications – desirable- Expert level skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint- Good communication, writing and presentation skills; effective interaction ability with government officials.
