Research Nurse Coordinator II & III – Oncology Clinical Research

Please note: This position requires a minimum of 2 years of direct clinical research nursing experience. While we value a variety of nursing backgrounds, general clinical RN experience alone does not meet the qualifications for this role. Candidates should have prior experience working within clinical research protocols and coordinating research study activities.We are seeking an experienced Oncology Research Nurse Coordinator with a minimum of 2 years of direct clinical research nursing experience. This is a required qualification and cannot be substituted with general RN, inpatient, outpatient, infusion, or other clinical nursing experience.To be considered, candidates must have hands-on experience coordinating oncology clinical research studies and working within research protocols, including activities such as:Participant screening and enrollmentInformed consent discussions and documentationConducting protocol-required study visitsAdverse event assessment and reportingResearch data collection and documentationCoordination with investigators, sponsors, and multidisciplinary research teamsRegulatory and protocol complianceThis position is intended for nurses who have worked directly in clinical research.Minimum RequirementsActive California RN licenseMinimum 3 years of clinical nursing experienceMinimum 1-2 years of direct oncology clinical research nursing experience (required)BLS certificationCandidates without clinical research experience will not be considered.
