The company is building tools that help research professionals work more efficiently, collaborate effectively, and maintain high standards of accuracy and verification.Role Description The Research Project Assistant role at Atlas Workspace is a full-time, on-site position based in Singapore. The individual in this role will support research initiatives by gathering, organizing, and documenting data from various sources, ensuring information is accurately captured in Atlas’s workspace. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with experimental or study-related tasks, maintaining laboratory or project records, and performing basic data analysis to help interpret findings. The Research Project Assistant will collaborate closely with researchers and project leads, prepare summaries and reports, and help maintain research documentation and workflows within the Atlas platform. This role also involves coordinating project timelines, communicating updates to team members, and contributing to continuous improvements in research processes.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis capabilities to interpret research findings and support evidence-based decision-making.Candidates should possess solid Research skills to collect, review, and synthesize information from diverse sources and methodologies.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with team members and present research updates clearly in written and verbal form.Candidates should possess relevant Laboratory Skills where applicable, including basic experimental procedures, record-keeping, and adherence to safety and compliance standards.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (e.g., science, engineering, social science, data-related discipline).Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced research environment.Comfort working with digital tools and research platforms; familiarity with data visualization or knowledge management tools is an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Singapore and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
