Atlas focuses on making research more intuitive, reliable, and accessible for individuals and teams.Role Description The Research Project Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. This role supports research projects by organizing and maintaining project documentation, collecting and processing data, and assisting in the preparation of research summaries, reports, and presentations. The assistant will help set up and manage research workflows within Atlas, coordinate with team members, schedule and document meetings, and ensure project milestones are tracked and met. Day-to-day tasks include conducting background research, performing basic data analysis, assisting with laboratory or experimental procedures where relevant, and maintaining accurate records to support verifiable and transparent research outcomes.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong analytical skills and data analysis abilities to interpret research findings and support project decisions.Candidates should possess solid research skills and, where applicable, basic laboratory skills to assist with data collection and experimental procedures.Candidates should possess effective communication skills to collaborate with team members, document results clearly, and present information to stakeholders.Relevant skills such as attention to detail, organizational and time management abilities, and proficiency with digital research tools and productivity software are beneficial.A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g., science, engineering, social sciences, or related disciplines) and prior experience in research support or project coordination are considered an advantage.
