The company focuses on empowering individuals and teams engaged in rigorous research, making complex material more accessible and actionable.Role Description The Research Project Assistant role at Atlas Workspace is a full-time, on-site position based in Singapore. The individual in this role will support research initiatives by organizing and summarizing academic papers, maintaining project documentation, and assisting with the synthesis of findings across multiple sources. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting literature searches, compiling data for analysis, preparing reports and presentations, and coordinating with project leads to ensure research milestones are met. The Research Project Assistant will also help maintain research records, support basic data analysis tasks, and contribute to continuous improvement of research workflows within the team.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Research and Analytical Skills to review, interpret, and synthesize academic literature.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present findings clearly and collaborate with team members.Candidates should possess Data Analysis skills to organize, interpret, and report quantitative or qualitative data.Candidates should possess Laboratory Skills if applicable to specific projects, including accurate documentation and adherence to protocols.Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in a scientific, social science, or related discipline are preferred.Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines are beneficial.Proficiency with common productivity and research tools (e.g., spreadsheets, reference managers, collaborative platforms) is an advantage.
