Research Scientist | FinTech | DubaiWe’re partnering with a rapidly expanding FinTech firm in Dubai that is building out its AI and research capability and looking to hire a Research Scientist.This is a highly technical role for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of cutting-edge research and real-world product development, taking new ideas from experimentation through to production.What we’re looking for:• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics or a related technical field• Strong experience across Machine Learning / Deep Learning• Track record of research through publications or significant applied research projects• Strong Python and modern ML framework experience• Ability to translate research into scalable, production-ready solutions• Experience within FinTech, financial services or similarly complex environments is advantageous📍 Dubai, UAE (Hybrid)🌍 International candidates encouraged to apply – relocation support availableIf you're interested, or know someone who could be a strong fit, please DM me directly or apply below.
