Research Scientist

Do you have hands-on frontier AI research experience across LLMs, reinforcement learning, post-training or agentic systems?Have you run large-scale experiments, trained models and improved model behaviour rather than only publishing research?Do you have experience owning research end to end, from hypothesis and data through to training, evaluation and deployment?Have you worked on areas such as RL, continual learning, computer use, representation learning or multimodal agents?Are you a fresh PhD graduate with strong relevant research / internship experience, or an experienced Research Engineer / Scientist from a leading AI lab?If you answer yes to all of the above, then this confidential role could be the one for you.This is a rare opportunity to join an early-stage, research-first AI company working on frontier problems across autonomous agents, human intent understanding, reinforcement learning and post-training. The successful candidate will own ambitious research bets end to end, helping shape both the research agenda and the underlying models powering long-horizon agent capabilities.Salary on offer is up to $650,000.
