Job Resposibilities:Design and author clinical protocols for in vivo skin penetration studiesPrepare and submit Human Research Ethics Committee (EC/IRB) applications; manage volunteer recruitment, screening, and informed consentOperate the CRS system: depth profiling, spectral acquisition, optical alignment, laser safetyAcquire and validate reference spectra for SRL actives, maintain the spectral reference library, and review depthprofile outputs for fit quality and artefacts.Write SOPs, validation protocols, and uncertainty budgets to ISO/IEC 17025 standardsProduce clientfacing technical reports and support technical discussions with international customersCorrelate in vivo CRS results with in vitro methods (Franz cell, tape stripping) and other skin biophysics endpointsQualification:Master of Science with 2–5 years relevant hands-on experience, or PhD with 1-3 years, in Pharmaceutical Sciences/Pharmaceutics, Analytical Chemistry, Physics/Biophysics, Biomedical Science, Cosmetic Science, or a related fieldComfort with spectral data — baseline correction, normalisation, and interpretation of fitted component profiles.Humansubjectresearch experience — protocol writing, EC/IRB submission in Thailand, Thai language consent and volunteer briefing, randomisation and blinding, sourcedata discipline. ICHGCP training strongly preferred.Skin science fundamentals — stratum corneum structure, the SC water gradient and natural moisturising factor, partition and diffusion principles, and the distinction between penetration, permeation, and systemic absorption.Qualitysystem discipline — SOP authoring, method validation, measurement unceGood command in English both speaking and writing
