قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجThe Department of Radiology, University of Wisconsin - Madison, School of Medicine & Public Health is seeking a Research Services Manager (RSM) who will serve as the liaison and project manager in projects involving integrated diagnostics using AI in the Integrated Diagnostics and Analytics (IDiA) Laboratory for Precision Medicine directed by Dr. Pallavi Tiwari. The research conducted by IDiA Lab utilizes medical imaging, digital pathology, clinical and EHR data to build and optimize AI and machine learning models for oncology, neurological, and chronic diseases.Working with a high degree of independence, the Research Services Manager will be responsible for coordinating the efforts of the lab regarding multiple large national and international projects including data acquiring, deidentification, clinical data management, as well as database upkeep, as well as coordinating efforts across different multi-site collaborations. The RSM will also be responsible for budgetary oversight of several federal grants, staff supervision, and regulatory compliance.ADDITIONAL JOB DETAILS:This position may require some work to be performed in-person, onsite, at a designated campus work location. Provides updates on project components and timelines to stakeholders as neededDevelops operating policies and procedures to comply with regulations, institutional policies, and unit objectivesAssists with the development and auditing of project-specific budgetsAssists with the design, monitoring, and execution of project-specific experiments. Identifies and resolves technical issuesMay direct the day-to-day activities of staff and resolve routine personnel issuesDevelops and facilitates research specific presentations to internal and external audiencesAssists with the development and submission of research grant proposalsCoordinates internal and external research collaborations including management of data use agreements (DUAs) and datasets shared under those agreementsCompensation:The starting salary for the position is $80,000; but is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
