The digital bank aims to create innovative solutions tailored to serve the needs of the banking customers in Egypt.-Our main goal is to create a positive customer experience through the differentiated journey that our customers live while using the digital bank.-Our Drive: We use our drive and commitment to energies, engage and inspire others, upholding the highest standards of work ethic, honesty and morality.JOB PURPOSEConduct sectoral and company level research on local and international markets covering, key players, products, and keys trends.Synthesize findings to turn data into insights and recommendations to support decision-making.Package and present findings to different stakeholders.JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Conduct sectoral, competitor and customer research across local and international markets.Utilize a wide range of sources, including official and company websites, local and international press, and investor relations publications.Maintain high research standards, including identifying high-quality sources, flagging contradictions between them, packaging data according to department standards, and sourcing all information.Utilize qualitative and quantitative approaches to synthesize data from different sources into insights and recommendations.Adopt creative approaches when data is scarce, building proxies and alternative evidence paths.Prepare executive-level presentations, in addition to presenting findings to different stakeholders.Maintain knowledge of different and emerging approaches that can contribute to higher research quality.Qualifications and Education:Bachelor’s degree in economics or business administration.2 years in research, strategy, or consulting (experience in banking is a plus)
