About the Role: As an Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of search assignments and contributing to the firm’s continued growth. This is a fast-paced, demanding position suited to someone who thrives under pressure and enjoys working in a collaborative, high-performing team.Conducting in-depth research and market mapping across financial services sectorsSupporting live mandates through detailed research and candidate identificationProactively sourcing, engaging, and screening candidatesBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidatesCoordinating interviews and managing complex, ever-changing schedulesMaintaining accurate records within the internal CRM systemAssisting with performance tracking, reporting, and expense managementProviding ongoing support to senior team membersAbout You: We are looking for a proactive and detail-orientated individual with a strong work ethic and excellent interpersonal skills.
