The Researcher will design and conduct research studies, collect and analyze data, and contribute to publications in academic journals and conference proceedings. Daily responsibilities include performing literature reviews, developing research proposals, preparing reports, and collaborating with faculty members and research teams across disciplines. The role also involves presenting findings, assisting in grant applications, and supporting the supervision of students involved in research projects. The Researcher is expected to uphold high academic and ethical standards while contributing to the institution’s research output and reputation.QualificationsStrong research skills, including literature review, study design, data collection, and data analysis.Proficiency in academic writing, report preparation, and documentation of research outcomes.Ability to use relevant research tools and software (e.g., statistical analysis packages, reference management tools).Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with faculty, peers, and students.Master’s degree or Ph.D. in a relevant discipline from a recognized institution; prior research experience is highly desirable.Demonstrated ability to manage projects, meet timelines, and maintain attention to detail.Commitment to ethical research practices and continuous professional development.
