The firm also offers a range of jobbing services, ensuring that projects of all sizes receive careful attention.Role Description The Researcher role is a full-time, on-site position located in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Researcher will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing market and project-related data to support real estate and construction decisions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting field and desk research, preparing reports and presentations, tracking trends in local property and construction markets, and verifying data accuracy. The role involves collaborating with brokerage and construction teams, supporting feasibility studies, and assisting in the development of evidence-based recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders. The Researcher will also help maintain research databases, contribute to process improvements, and ensure findings are communicated in a clear and actionable manner.Qualifications Strong research and analytical abilities, including experience with qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis.Proficiency in documentation and reporting, with solid skills in drafting clear summaries, briefs, and presentations.Comfort with basic data tools and software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation tools, and research databases).Knowledge of real estate, construction, or related fields is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (such as Economics, Business, Urban Planning, Engineering, or a related field), or equivalent practical experience.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple concurrent research tasks.Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi Emirate, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
