The candidate will be responsible for conducting primary and secondary research, reviewing RFPs and project documents, collecting and analyzing information, preparing research reports and RFP synopses, and supporting the preparation of technical proposals and presentations.The ideal candidate should have strong research, analytical, documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to understand technical and project-related requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct primary and secondary research on healthcare, technology, development, and related topics.Conduct literature reviews, desk research, and online research using reliable sources.Research and identify relevant RFPs, project opportunities, and consulting assignments.Review RFPs, Terms of Reference (ToR), project documents, and related materials.Analyze the scope of work, objectives, eligibility criteria, deliverables, timelines, technical requirements, and submission requirements.Prepare clear and concise RFP and ToR synopses.Research client organizations, project backgrounds, sector information, and relevant industry developments.Collect, organize, clean, and analyze qualitative and quantitative information.Support the preparation of research methodologies, questionnaires, interview guides, and data-collection formats.Assist with stakeholder interviews, surveys, consultations, and other research activities.Analyze research findings and identify key trends, insights, and observations.Prepare research reports, summaries, presentations, concept notes, and technical documentation.Assist in preparing technical proposals in response to RFPs.Support the preparation of project understanding, technical approaches, methodologies, implementation plans, and work plans.Prepare PowerPoint presentations and other supporting proposal documents.Coordinate with internal technical and project teams to collect information required for proposals and reports.Maintain research databases, references, datasets, project documents, and trackers.Track research activities, project requirements, deadlines, and deliverables.Ensure research findings and documentation are accurate, well-structured, and properly referenced.Support senior team members in research, consulting, proposal development, and project-related activities.Required SkillsStrong Research and Analytical SkillsPrimary and Secondary ResearchLiterature Review and Desk ResearchData Collection and AnalysisReport WritingTechnical DocumentationRFP and ToR AnalysisRFP Synopsis PreparationTechnical Proposal WritingInternet and Online ResearchMicrosoft WordMicrosoft ExcelMicrosoft PowerPointGood Written and Verbal Communication SkillsStrong Attention to DetailPreferred SkillsKnowledge of the Healthcare DomainUnderstanding of healthcare research and consulting projectsBasic knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologiesKnowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, SPSS, or similar toolsExperience in preparing research reports and presentationsUnderstanding of RFPs, ToRs, proposals, and consulting assignmentsBasic understanding of software and technology projectsKey QualitiesAnalytical ThinkingResearch OrientationCritical ThinkingAttention to DetailStrong Writing SkillsProblem-Solving AbilityGood Communication SkillsTime ManagementAbility to Work Under DeadlinesTeam CollaborationWillingness to LearnEligibility CriteriaBachelor's or Master's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Management, Social Sciences, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.0–3 years of relevant experience preferred.Candidates with experience in healthcare research, consulting, proposal development, or technical research will be preferred.Strong English writing and documentation skills.Ability to understand and summarize complex technical and project documents.Ability to work on multiple assignments and meet deadlines.Immediate joiners preferred.Minimum 12-month work commitment required.No work-from-home option.
