Prospective applicants can expect a mission-driven culture centered on social impact and global cooperation.Role Description The Researcher will work full time on-site in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, contributing to projects related to international relations, human rights, social entrepreneurship, youth leadership, and public administration. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting qualitative and quantitative research, reviewing academic and policy literature, and analyzing data to support reports, briefs, and recommendations. The role involves preparing research summaries, drafting policy notes, and contributing to program designs focused on diplomacy, global affairs, rural development, and cyber awareness. The Researcher will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support stakeholder consultations, and assist in organizing workshops or events as needed. The position requires regular documentation of findings, maintenance of research databases, and clear communication of insights to internal and external partners.Qualifications Strong research and analytical abilities, including literature review, data collection, and synthesis of complex information.Knowledge or academic background in international relations, political science, human rights, psychology, or public administration.Interest in social entrepreneurship, youth leadership, rural development, and global equality-focused initiatives.Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear reports, briefs, and presentations.Ability to work on-site in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, collaborate with diverse teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.Proficiency in English; knowledge of Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi, or Kutchi is an asset.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., International Relations, Political Science, Sociology, Public Policy, Development Studies).Prior experience in research, policy analysis, or non-profit/social impact organizations is preferred but not mandatory.
