Reservation Agent - Night Club Experience

Vibz Night Club is seeking a Reservation Agent to manage table reservations, VIP bookings, and guest inquiries. The ideal candidate should have experience in the nighclub or restaurant industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experienceKey ResponsibilitiesManage all table reservations through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, email, and walk-in inquiries.Handle VIP bookings and ensure all guest requests are accurately recorded and communicated to the operations team.Upsell VIP tables to maximize revenue.Maintain an organized reservation system and accurate guest database.Confirm reservations and follow up with guests before their arrival.Build strong relationships with repeat guests and VIP clients.RequirementsImmediate joiners only.Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a nightclub is highly preferred.Candidates with table reservation in restaurants are also encouraged to apply.Experience handling reservations through WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and social media.Well groomed with a professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.Salary: AED 3,500 – AED 5,000 (depending on experience)
