The resort features over 20 curated restaurants and lounges, the traditional Souk Madinat Jumeirah, dedicated kids' clubs and some of the region’s most versatile event and conference spaces.About the JobAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Reservation Agent – F&B to join Madinat JumeirahThe main duties and responsibilities of this role include:Respond to emails within 24 hours and prioritize current or upcoming bookings.Answer calls within 3 rings, following proper greetings and IFH/LQA standards.Collect and accurately update guest details, preferences, special requests, and booking information in Opera.Review all reservation correspondence and promptly communicate special requests, changes, cancellations, and new bookings to relevant departments.Ensure bookings are guaranteed with payment, follow up on no-shows, and manage cancellations and applicable no-show charges.Reconcile commissionable bookings, verify rates and invoices, manage online/wholesaler bookings, and maintain guest and company records with confidentiality.About YouThe ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:High School Diploma required; bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or a related field is desirable.Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.Strong problem-solving, leadership, team management, and project management skills.Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized.2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a luxury 5-star environment.About the BenefitsAt Jumeirah, we are dedicated to fostering a workplace where colleagues feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.
