Job SummaryAs a Reservation Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for guests interested in booking our villas. You will manage inquiries, coordinate bookings, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable guest experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly to guest inquiries via email, phone, and booking platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com, direct website).Manage the villa’s booking calendar, ensuring accurate scheduling and availability.Process reservations, payments, and cancellations in accordance with villa policies.Coordinate with the villa management team to ensure guest requirements (e.g., special requests, additional services) are met.Provide detailed information about the villa, its amenities, and local attractions to prospective guests.Maintain accurate records of bookings, guest communications, and payment transactions.Monitor and respond to guest reviews, addressing feedback professionally.Collaborate with marketing efforts to promote the villa and attract bookings.Ensure compliance with local regulations and villa policies.QualificationsProven experience in hospitality, customer service, or reservation management (1-2 years preferred).Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Bahasa IndonesiaStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency with booking platforms, calendar management tools, and basic office software (e.g., Google Suite, Microsoft Office).
