Reservation Supervisor

Bringing you cool elegance from the shores of Cannes and Miami, this seaside spot is vibrant by day and energetic by night.We are looking for an organized and proactive Reservation Supervisor to lead our reservations desk, ensuring efficient, accurate booking management and a smooth guest journey from first contact to arrival.Key Responsibilities:Supervise the day-to-day operation of the reservations desk, including phone, email, and online booking channels.Manage table, cabana, and sunbed allocation in line with venue capacity and VIP priorities.Maintain and optimize the reservations system, ensuring accurate, up-to-date booking data.Train, schedule, and supervise the reservations team, ensuring service standards and response times are met.Coordinate closely with the Guest Relations Manager and floor management on VIP bookings, guest lists, and event nights.Monitor booking patterns and capacity to maximize occupancy while avoiding overbooking.Handle escalated booking issues, cancellations, and no-show follow-ups.Prepare daily/weekly reservation reports for management.Ensure all guest data is accurately maintained in line with data protection standards.Ideal Candidate:Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a Reservations role within hotels, restaurants, or beach clubs, including at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.Strong organizational skills and comfort managing high call/booking volume, particularly around weekends and peak nights.Proficient with reservation/booking management systems.Strong communication and team leadership skills.Good English communication skills; Arabic, French, or Russian an advantage.Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
