WE ARE HIRING | RESERVATION SUPERVISOR – NEW OPENINGLocation: Ras Al Khaimah, UAEType: Full TimeWe are looking for an experienced Reservations Supervisor to join an exciting new Mediterranean restaurant & beach club concept opening in Ras Al Khaimah.We are looking for someone organized, guest-focused, and confident managing a busy reservations operation. Pre-opening experience would be a strong plus.ResponsibilitiesOversee the daily reservations operation and ensure all bookings are handled accuratelySupervise and support the reservations teamManage guest inquiries, special requests, cancellations, and booking changesCoordinate closely with the restaurant and reception teams to maximize table availabilityMaintain accurate guest profiles and reservation recordsEnsure a high standard of communication and guest service across all channelsSupport the recruitment and training of the reservations teamAssist with the pre-opening setup and implementation of reservation proceduresQualificationsPrevious experience as a Reservations Supervisor or in a similar role within hospitalityExperience in high-end, lifestyle, or standalone restaurants / beach clubs is preferredStrong knowledge of restaurant reservation systemsExcellent communication and organizational skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentPre-opening experience is a plusUAE or Middle East experience is preferred
