Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Reservations Agent role located in the United Arab Emirates. As a Reservations Agent, you will handle customer inquiries and bookings over the phone and manage reservations systems efficiently. You will provide exceptional customer service, ensure accurate recording of booking details, and liaise with other departments to fulfill guests' needs. The position also entails basic receptionist duties, such as responding to emails and welcoming guests. Timely communication, maintaining professional demeanor, and delivering high-quality service are essential aspects of this role. Qualifications Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and handling ReservationsDemonstrated excellence in Customer Service and CommunicationExperience with receptionist tasks and general front desk operationsProficiency in using computer systems and reservation softwareFluency in English; additional language skills are a plusPositive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work in a dynamic team environmentPrevious experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
