Reservations Agent – Hotel Bookings

Role DescriptionThe Reservations Agent – Hotel role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. The Reservations Agent will handle hotel reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online channels, ensuring accurate booking details and timely confirmations. Responsibilities include checking availability, preparing offers, updating reservation systems, and coordinating with hotels and internal teams to secure the best rates and conditions.The role also involves providing courteous customer service, responding to client requests and changes, resolving booking issues, and maintaining clear and accurate records of all reservations.QualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience in hotel reservations or a similar role within the hospitality, hotel, or tourism industry is required.Arabic-speaking is required, with good English communication skills.Strong reservations skills, including managing bookings, modifying itineraries, and working with hotel reservation systems.Excellent customer service and communication skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and build positive client relationships.Professional phone etiquette and experience with receptionist duties, including handling calls, messages, and guest inquiries.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, documentation, booking details, and rate management.Proficiency in basic computer applications and reservation or PMS software.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Prior experience dealing directly with hotels, suppliers, and clients is preferred.Ability to work efficiently under pressure and respond to reservation requests promptly.
