Apply & track with Apply EdgeVibescapes is looking for a Reservations Associate to join our reservations team and manage guest enquiries, follow-ups and bookings across our resorts, villas and hospitality experiences.We’re looking for someone with good communication skills, strong follow-up discipline and a customer-focused approach who can convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.What You’ll Be Responsible ForHandle reservation enquiries through phone, WhatsApp and other booking channelsRespond to guest enquiries promptly and professionallyFollow up with prospective guests and convert enquiries into confirmed bookingsHandle booking confirmations, modifications and cancellationsProvide guests with accurate information regarding room types, rates, availability, inclusions and property facilitiesCoordinate with property teams regarding reservations and guest requirementsMaintain accurate reservation and guest recordsFollow up on pending and warm enquiriesAssist with upselling rooms, meals, experiences and other servicesEnsure smooth communication between guests and property teamsMaintain a professional standard of guest communication at all timesSupport the reservations team with daily reports and booking updatesWhat We’re Looking For1–2 years of experience in hotel/resort reservations or a similar hospitality roleCandidates based in Pune preferredGood spoken and written EnglishStrong communication and interpersonal skillsGood telephone and WhatsApp communication skillsStrong follow-up and conversion skillsCustomer-oriented approachGood organisational and multitasking skillsAttention to detail while handling bookings and guest informationComfortable working with computers, reservation systems and basic reportingAbility to handle multiple enquiries simultaneouslyComfortable working weekends and public holidays as requiredGood to HaveExperience with hotel/resort PMS or reservation systemsExperience handling OTA or online booking enquiriesExperience in sales, reservations or guest relationsPrevious experience with resorts, villas or leisure hospitalityRole Details
