These queries will be handled through different channels such as telephone, fax, and email.Qualifications & Experience:Minimum 1 year of Reservations experience in a luxury 5-star hotel, with proficiency in OPERA and Microsoft OfficeBachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferredArabic speaker is an advantageStrong communication, organization, and computer skillsExperience in a multicultural environmentHighly motivated, organized, and customer-focused
