Residence Maintenance Engineer – ATM Systems

Job Purpose:The Residence Maintenance Engineer will provide technical support for the maintenance, warranty, and operation of a complex ATM system and associated infrastructure. The role will work closely with local maintenance teams and international engineering teams to ensure system reliability and availability.Key Responsibilities:Support the installation, configuration, integration, testing, and maintenance of ATM systems and associated equipment.Provide first-line technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, networking, and system issues.Develop and deliver maintenance procedures and technical instructions for local engineering teams.Provide on-the-job training and technical guidance to maintenance personnel.Support software upgrades, releases, problem reports, and hardware repair activities.Coordinate with engineering teams to resolve technical issues and implement required system changes.Support cybersecurity and system maintenance activities.Travel to other project sites or overseas for technical support and training when required.Qualifications and Experience:Degree or technical qualification in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.Experience with complex computer systems, including servers, network switches, firewalls, and related infrastructure.Experience in software configuration and implementation.Knowledge of cybersecurity and UNIX/Linux operating systems.Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking and data transmission.Good understanding of computer hardware, peripherals, and troubleshooting.Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.Good command of technical English.Experience with ATM systems or TopSky-ATC is highly desirable.
