Resident Engineer

Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the Construction Supervision team and oversee project delivery.Represent the Consultant and coordinate with Client, Contractor, PMC, and stakeholders.Ensure construction compliance with approved designs, specifications, contracts, quality, and HSE requirements.Monitor progress, schedule, risks, and corrective actions.Review contractors’ work programs, method statements, shop drawings, material submittals, and technical submissions.Manage contract administration, including RFIs, variations, claims, reports, and payment certifications.Lead coordination meetings and resolve technical, contractual, and multidisciplinary issues.Oversee testing, commissioning, completion, and project handover.RequirementsBSc in Architecture with 20+ years of experience, including 10+ years in KSA/GCC.PMP certified with strong project management skills.Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts.Proficient in Aconex for official project correspondence.Fluent in English with excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
